Restaurant News
Firstly: I’ll start by letting you know that as of Monday 4th June we will be opening on Monday's I'm sure this will be music to some of your ears! We will still be offering our 'quirky afternoon tea' on Mondays as well as our normal Figs lunch & evening menu's, but we will be adding another Candlelight afternoon tea between 5pm – 7pm
Secondly: We now offer a 'Gluten free' afternoon! This delightful tea is priced at £22.95 with a £6 deposit upon booking. To ensure that this afternoon tea reaches you 100% gluten free, we use a separate part of the kitchen to prepare it, we use products containing no gluten and use gloves and a separate fryer to avoid any cross -contamination.
Our afternoon tea does change throughout the year so keep an eye on our blog for any menu changes! We want you to be the first to know!

Kitchen News
Here at Figs we pride ourselves on using fresh local/seasonal produce, so we are super excited about the shellfish coming into season during the next two months.
As far as possible we try to prepare and cook our shellfish on site by skilled chefs to ensure our produce to yourselves is as fresh as possible!
The most commonly served crab at Figs is the brown crab that can weigh up to 3kg and contains sweet succulent flesh. Thus, lending itself to tasty but very light dishes perfect for the upcoming summer months.
